What is our offer for Real Estate Managers?
On top of the Partnership Program, we do everything that we can to make your life easier and to be your preferred painter:
- Discounted full house deep clean – We have exclusively joined with Melbourne’s premium house cleaning team, Calibre Cleaning, for discounted rates to come in at the end of the painting to give your clients house a full deep clean.
- Fast and value-based quotes – We know what tenants can be like. We know what landlords can be like as well. Multiplied by the number of properties in your portfolio…we feel you. We do everything to make your life as smooth and easy as possible. Key pickups from your office. Same day quotes. Priority service bookings.
- Free colour consultation – Just another way for us to make your life a little easier. We help the tenant/landlord decide the best colours for the property – as they say, happy clients make happy property managers.
- Service & communication – We believe that you’ll come to us for the referral program, but stay for our service level and communication. No one likes working with others that aren’t responsive, don’t pick up their phones and never reply to emails. We can’t promise that we pick up every call, but we do promise that we call back every voicemail, and respond to every email within 60 minutes.
