Scope of Work

This was a full exterior project that required careful coordination and precision across a variety of surfaces:

• Steel fretwork – sanded and painted to restore definition and protect against the elements
• Steel posts and front lamp post – cleaned, primed, and finished to match the updated scheme
• All external doors and windows – hand-painted to ensure sharp lines and even coverage
• Garage door – refinished for consistency and curb appeal

As with all of our exterior work, preparation was key, each surface was cleaned, patched, and primed to ensure the finish would hold up over time.
