Before this Keysborough property could be listed on the market, it needed one thing: a major colour reset. Each room in the home was painted in deep, bold tones blue, green, burgundy, and purple. While expressive, these colours limited the home’s broader appeal to buyers.
Our job was to neutralise and modernise the palette, giving the space a clean, consistent look that would resonate with more people during inspections. Once complete, the home sold for an impressive price proof that the right paint job can do more than freshen up a space. It can help seal the sale.
Buyers often make up their minds in the first few minutes of walking into a home. That’s why we worked with the real estate agent to choose a colour scheme that felt spacious, bright, and easy to visualise living in. A full interior repaint gave the home cohesion and simplicity both essential when preparing a home for sale.
Wall Colour – Cotton Sheets: We used a warm, soft white across all interior walls to replace the dated bold tones. Cotton Sheets is neutral but not cold—ideal for bringing balance and light into each room.
Ceilings & Woodwork – Vivid White: Ceilings, doors, and trims were painted in Vivid White for a crisp, clean contrast that lifted the home’s brightness and tied all elements together.
Full Interior Repaint: Every room was repainted from top to bottom, ensuring consistency throughout. The new scheme helped tone down the visual clutter and gave the home a calm, cohesive feel.
