2 months agoI had spent weeks looking for the best painting company that could do a full interior and exterior job for my property in South Yarra. When I first spoke with Roi and Dia from Newline Painting, I knew they were the right choice. After speaking to Roi over the phone we quickly organised for me to meet their lead painter, Ed, who had an impressive amount of attention to detail and knowledge. Once the inspection was finalised, the quote quickly arrived and I was really happy with the pricing. Once the work was done I was very surprised at how good it was all done. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I came across Newline Painting’s ad and thought I’d give them a shot since I’m selling the place and needed a quality job. Honestly, the whole process was super smooth, their customer service was really attentive, and their lead painter, Ed, was professional and detail-oriented. Overall, a great experience!

2 months agoI had a very good experience with Newline Painting. Quoting system had a quick response, with equally quick arrival of painter to confirm the details and a final quote was posted. Rate per sqm, was within my expectations and the painter got to work within 7 days from initial contact. The painter (Bill) kept in regular contact with me, confirming detail along the way and worked at a cracking pace. Was generous with his time on the job and the finished product was very good. Highly recommended.

3 months agoWe recently purchased a unit in Melbourne. We contacted Newline Painting a couple of weeks before our completion date to enquire whether they could paint the whole unit (walls, ceilings & all woodwork), before we moved in & while the property was empty. Newline were very efficient in understanding our needs and supplied us with an extremely competitive quote. We picked up the keys on Friday, Newline started work on the Monday and were finished by Thursday. The quality of their work is amazing. We wanted two bedrooms painted different colours - “no issue, choose the colours and we’ll get it done” was their response. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Newline Painting.

4 months agoBe careful of these guys! Came out and quoted me $9,000 for a one bedroom apartment interior only paint! During the visit they made it out to be a bigger job then it was (we not painting Sistine chapel)! Then followed me up handful of times pressuring for the job. Got another two quotes - one for $3,500 and another for $3,800. Got the job done for LESS THAN HALF PRICE with no fuss and great workmanship by another painter! Newline said min 5 day job, actual job was 3 days. Beware of the slick social media advertising! I commented negatively about my experience via one of their instagram posts and they deleted my comment and banned me as a follower! Pic for evidence below! How genuine are these positive google reviews? Many of the 5 star reviews are from people with 1 review to their profile! I’m sure they will request google remove this review as well! AVOID! RIP OFF! ***In response to your response below - second image shows same website address, same company name and same instagram link you’ve blocked me from. Super crafty response though to my initial review, placing doubt in reviewer readers minds - is it the same newline painting? I’d post the actual quote but link expired.

I was concerned about hiring another company to fix the issues, but I decided to go with Newline Painting. Ed was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything that would happen. I still can't believe the magic Ed and his team worked on my home!

Daniel was very proffesional from the very first day of meeting us and quoting up to and including the last day that he finished the job. Job completed as per qoute with Daniel keeping us updated throughout the whole process. a year agoI reached out to Newline Painting in November to help repaint our family home just before we had put it up for sale. The team were super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Martin helped me with color choices and managed the project. There was also another person named Roi that helped get back to me with any small questions. They were really organised! We had a single storey rendered home and they took about 1 and a half weeks to get everything done. I was so happy with the work and the price that it was completed for. I highly recommend Newline Painting team and will definitely use them for the new home.

2 years agoNewline were employed to paint our period home externally. Firstly the team were not prepared to take on any client feedback and managed our expectations throughout the job. The prep work and quality of the job did not meet the scope stated in their quotation nor did they perform the work based on the steps a professional painter would do to complete the work to a standard quality of workmanship. We were able to settle on a deposit only, however it certainly was not a pleasant experience.

We had a number of rooms that required wallpaper to be removed and then the walls and ceilings painted and this was all done well. 3 years agoI've had lots of previous issues with my bathroom ceiling peeling and showing up gross marks and have had to have it repainted several times. Newline sent John out to have a look and recommend a solution. John was very informative and educated me on what he was doing, why he was doing it and gave advice on how to maintain the paintwork so that I wouldn't have issues going forward. John also helped with a bunch of odd jobs around the house while he was here and really went the extra mile. On top of that, he was great entertainment! 100% recommend Newline and John 😊

3 years agoWe had a bath tub repainted. We contacted 3 trades Newline responded in a timely matter. The job was completed with no fuss and Newline fitted the work in to be completed on time. We have another 2 bath tubs to repair and we will be contacting Newline to complete these too.
