Set high in the hills of Mount Martha with panoramic views of the city and the coast, 47 Ellerina Road stands as one of the most impressive properties we’ve worked on, and also our largest project to date.
This was a full-scale repaint of a multi-million-dollar home, spanning both interior and exterior surfaces. With a project value exceeding $100,000 and a timeline of over three months, this was not just a big job, it was a strategic one, requiring planning, precision, and commitment at every stage.
The home’s size and elevation meant scaffold access was essential throughout. Our painters worked in all conditions, ascending and descending scaffolds daily to reach both high exterior walls and expansive interior ceilings.
The finishes had to match the calibre of the property. Every surface was treated with care and attention to detail, from large feature walls inside the home to weather-exposed cladding along the exterior. Our team coordinated each stage to maintain momentum while ensuring the quality stayed consistent across the entire build.
Full Interior Painting: We painted all internal walls, ceilings, doors, trims, and stairwells. With expansive surfaces and natural light throughout, the finish had to be perfect at every angle.
Exterior Painting: The home’s exterior, exposed to both sun and sea breeze, required the right prep and weather-resistant coatings to ensure long-term durability and clean lines.
Scaffold Access & Site Management: With much of the work done at height, we used scaffold systems throughout to ensure safety and access. Careful coordination was needed across trades and stages to keep things moving smoothly.
Thoughtful integration of indoor and outdoor spaces
Use of weather-resistant materials for durability
Contemporary design elements that enhance functionality
Stylish outdoor furnishings for relaxation and entertainment
The final result was exactly what this home deserved flawless finishes across every surface, inside and out. With sweeping views of Mount Martha’s hills and beaches, the paintwork now complements the architectural beauty and scale of the home. For our team, it was a challenge met with pride, and a benchmark for what we’re capable of delivering at scale.
