This Albert Park property was being prepared for sale, and with strong competition in the area, standing out from the crowd mattered. The owner wanted something bold and confident, so we worked together to select a high-contrast palette of Black and White for the exterior.
The result? A striking street presence that turned heads, and helped position the home for a successful sale
Painting black against white (and vice versa) demands a steady hand and expert prep. Any errors are immediately visible, especially on edges and trims. This project tested our precision, but it’s also one we’re incredibly proud of. Every line was sharp. Every surface clean. And the finish elevated the entire facade.
Exterior Repaint – Black & White: We repainted the entire facade in a bold black-and-white scheme to give the home a fresh, modern edge. This high-contrast combo added instant impact to the street frontage.
High-Precision Cutting In: With black bordering white (and vice versa), there was no room for error. Our painters executed every transition with precision to deliver crisp, professional edges.
Pre-Sale Visual Strategy: The refreshed facade helped the home stand out among neighbouring properties, playing a key role in attracting interest and driving a strong sale result.
