Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service all areas within a 30km radius of Melbourne CBD. If you would like to find out if we come to you, please call us on 1300 044 206, or email and we will reply within 15 minutes


What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel/change your painting appointment at any time by contacting us at However, there is a $70.00 cancellation fee if you cancel after you have made your initial painting deposit.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Pricing & Policies


A great deal of are put into finding the best painters for our clients. This includes strenuous background checks, part of our service agreement states that you agree not to independently hire any past or present’s independent painters unless you pay our referral fee of $3,000. This amount is due in full immediately upon personal employment of the painter, regardless of whether you use them for a recurring or one-time service.

Trust & Safety

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

In the off chance that something unforeseen occurs during your paint job (e.g. broken items, missed areas in the painting, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace all broken items and reschedule another booking for a re-paint of the unsatisfactory section for your home within 7 days.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not happy with your painting, contact us by calling 1300 044 206, or emailing and we will schedule a re touch up free of charge within the following 7 days.

Can I trust the painters?

All painters that we work with are:

  • Fully qualified tradesman
  • Have at least 10 years’ experience
  • Have public liability insurance
  • Recent police checks

  • Friendly, hard-working and punctual

What is the 2% referral bonus?

No catches. No hidden terms and conditions. No surprises.

2% referrals are paid to your specified account within 7 days of completion of the job. Jobs are considered complete when all painting tasks are finished, signed off with approval, and final payment has been made.
