How do I book my first appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel/change your painting appointment at any time by contacting us at support@newlinepainting.com.au. However, there is a $70.00 cancellation fee if you cancel after you have made your initial painting deposit.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

In the off chance that something unforeseen occurs during your paint job (e.g. broken items, missed areas in the painting, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace all broken items and reschedule another booking for a re-paint of the unsatisfactory section for your home within 7 days.
